A Hospitality & Food Operations Company
Cuisine Operators Limited is a New Zealand hospitality and food operations company built around the idea that great food should exist in great spaces. We operate venues, manage café services, deliver catering, and host events — all with a culinary identity rooted in Egyptian, Lebanese, and Turkish tradition, refined for the New Zealand palate.
Our flagship venue, Lake House Cafe, is located within Lake House Arts Centre in Takapuna — one of Auckland's most distinctive cultural destinations. We serve daily visitors, business clients, and private event guests with the same commitment to quality, warmth, and authenticity.
